What is the minimum order for the Souvenir® Suite™ Closer rALU Pen?
The minimum is 50 decorated pieces. Price breaks are at 50, 100, 250 and 500 pieces, and the per-piece price drops at each break. The same minimum applies if you want the item without a logo.
How long does production take?
Production is about 5 business days after you approve the digital proof. Shipping time is added on top and depends on the destination; tell us your in-hands date and we confirm it before you order.
How is my logo put on it?
Your logo is decorated with laser engraving and laser engrave with personalization. The largest imprint area is 1.25" W x 0.25" H. Imprint locations: Cap and Barrel.
Is there a setup charge?
Yes, a one-time setup charge of $65.00 applies per imprint color and location. On a reorder with unchanged artwork the setup is not charged again.
What colors does it come in?
It comes in 5 colors; the swatches above show each one. One order can mix colors when the imprint stays the same; ask us for the split.
Where is it made?
The supplier lists the country of origin as China.
